If you would like to change your account information, simply click on My Account on the domeBEAUTY.com home page. Enter your log-in information and change your account information as necessary. Click Save when complete.
If you forgot your password, simply click on My Account icon on the domeBEAUTY.com website's main navigation. Type your email address where indicated and click the Forgot Your Password link. An email will be sent to your email address with your password.
Creating an account on domeBEAUTY.com will make check-out quick and easy since your contact information will be saved for future purchases. We also will not share your contact information with outside parties.

Products

dome BEAUTY products have been developed to prevent customers from allergic issues
dome BEAUTY does not and will never test any product on animals.
dome BEAUTY assures that all products do not contain gluten in the ingredient formulas. However, we can not certify that commodities have not been in contact with gluten during the providers' production process.

domeBEAUTY.com offers USPS as a shipping option which does deliver to PO Boxes.
Click the account icon on the domeBEAUTY.com website's main navigation. Log-in to your account and select Order History. You will see all your orders along with their status and tracking numbers. If you are already logged in, click on the account icon on domeBEAUTY.com website's main navigation and then click on Order History. dome BEAUTY would like you to be pleased with your purchase and will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase through our website. If you would like to return an item, please email info@domeBEAUTY.com to request a RMA number.

domeBEAUTY.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow 10-14 business days of processing time. We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements. If you require further assistance, please call Customer Service at 1-877-369-2500.

All purchases are shipped via UPS and we offer the following shipping options: Ground ( 5 to 7 business days), 2 Day (2 business days), and Overnight (1 business day). Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays will be processed on the following business day and the delivery time will be applied. No delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

All orders require 24 hours for order processing. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Ordering from domeBEAUTY.com is safe and secure. During the checkout process, you are on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server.

dome BEAUTY accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

dome BEAUTY ships to the US, Canada, Europe, UAE, India, Australia, and New Zealand. Please contact us if we do not ship to your address at this time.

Include your email address. Once your shipment is received we will send you your $5 off coupon code.

We recycle cosmetic packaging for all brands.
