Miss Amazing Illinois
On April 7th & 8th we had the honor to be a sponsor of the 2017 Miss Amazing Ilinois Annual Event. Miss Amazing is a wonderful organization founded by Jordan Somer to provide girls and women with disabilities a forum to shine by showcasing their exceptional talents and share their special qualities, hobbies, goals and ambitions. The focus of this organization is to build confidence and self esteem in a supportive and loving environment.
The 2017 Miss Amazing Illinois two day event consisted of a Talent Show on day one and an Evening Wear Gala and Awards Ceremony on day two. We were able to see first hand the possitive impact this incredible organization has not only on the lives of these girls and women participating in the event but also the excitement and enjoyment shared by the parents, family and friends who came to see these special stars shine as they had their moment in the spotlight!
We would like everyone to reach out to their local chapter of Miss Amazing and get involved, volunteer or donate to this truly AMAZING organization. Your heart will be filled with joy and you will even make a few new friends in the process.
